Our guarantee means we will arrange a refund after receiving the merchandise back or exchange the merchandise within thirty (30) days of the shipping date of your order.

You will want to be at your computer when calling us as we will instruct you to go to our website www.thegivingbackstore.com to print your Merchandise Return Slip. Also, you will be provided a valid Return Authorization Number (RA). All returns must have a valid RA number issued by our Customer Service Representative.

Special Orders that have been personalized or customized per your order are not returnable or refundable.
